Amneal Completes Acquisition of Interpharm
On June 24nd we welcomed Interpharm to the Amneal family. The acquisition includes Interpharm’s facilities on Long Island, New York as well as the intellectual property including ANDA’s, technology and processes. This smart transaction directly addresses several components of our strategic plan. It expands capacity, adds controlled substance manufacturing capabilities, provides hormonal and high potency manufacturing suites, enlarges our R&D space and capacity, and supplies Amneal with valuable, high-quality team members. Interpharm also brings with it strong products with established market positions, which we are proud to now list in our catalog.
